Very good location, very nice receptionist.
The breakfast was not included and costs about € 18,00 extra, which is a bit much. The HOtel is not easy to find, the hotel entrance is not well labelled or indicated. The nearest metro station is a bit away.

Loved the pink gin bar, felt like a fancy businesswoman. The terrace restaurant had a fusion menu, felt like I was dining in two different countries at once. The secret garden was so romantic, I half expected to find Shakespeare reciting poetry there. The panoramic terrace view made me feel like I was on top of the world. The elegant breakfast was a delightful way to start the day. The Oriental style interior made me feel like a world traveler.
Couldn't find anything to complain about, but I guess every hotel can't be perfect.

We loved the charming and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms had a feminine touch and were comfortable. The restaurant balcony offered a lovely place to enjoy breakfast and take in the view. The service was friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views over the neighborhood. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby tourist walk with its souvenir stands, boutique shops, and restaurants. we highly recommend this beautiful and romantic boutique hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location right on one of the most known Kyiv's landmarks - Andreevskiy Uzviz. That's it.
Everything else. The hotel is old so it's design, facilities, bathrooms, electronics, everything. Room service food is not good, so are the stuff who makes it, who takes your order and who brings it. Breakfast starts only at 8 and there is no chance you can get anything to eat if you leave before. Internet is poor. TV channels selection is poor. Generally 3 stars at max, for this money it doesn't worth it at all.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, nestled amidst picturesque houses and close to popular attractions. It was especially convenient for exploring the charming streets and shops of the neighborhood. the hotel offered a delicious Christmas dinner and festive decorations, creating a truly festive ambiance.
the breakfast buffet was not included in my rate, and I found it to be quite expensive. It would have been nice to have the option of a more affordable breakfast.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and it proved to be a great choice. The hotel offers the best solutions for all types of events, including conferences and business meetings. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a conducive environment for work.
The only service that I missed during my stay was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a properly equipped space for printing and other office tasks.

The location in the hystoric center of Kiev
Rooms are small as well as the bathroom which has no relation to the price. Room was noisy because of its location close to the restaurant and conferance room above.

Very central in the oldest part of Kiev, close to all the sites and points of interest. Very clean and tidy, good bed, good internet connection for free. Room (single) small but well equipped, well kept. Nice breakfast. Receptionist kind and helpful on arrival.
The whole place heavily smelling from artificial air freshener. Being allergic to it had to keep the window open all the time. Unusual for Westerners you need to pay for the whole stay upfront on arrival, in advance. But this is usual in Eastern Europe. The biggest complain was that the (same nice) receptionist forgot to wake me up at 5am having to leave for the train station at 5.30 - woke me up just 2 minutes before that, so had to prepare myself like crazy. This should not happen in a 4 star hotel.
